Pros
Well Good thing its a start-up so there is no structure as such. The product is robust and clients love it.
Cons
Dont expect any benefit other than salary(No PF,Medical insurance) The management run it as a marwadi company The CEO is very energetic but comes across ignorant of real world and market understanding. Salary delays are common and conveyance comes once a month. Growth is okay but appraisal is dependent on the management mood swings.
