      dominating office environment. upper level authority are worst. In technical field you may face manager who is having 0% knowledge of technical things. they can terminate you for any silly reason. no career

      Pros

      Nothing to share a best thing but crediting the salary on time. They maintain partiality regarding employees who work hard no value.

      Cons

      Those who do hard work there is no value and management say to resign but those who don't work properly and chit chat (ICP) do time waste they will appreciate and they give more increments. Think before joining the Office.
