      No pros CEO doesn't want you to grow in life.

      Cons

      CEO is a dictator who disturbs and harasses his employees after resignation. Doesn't pay his employees and blocks numbers when you call him to talk.

      The client company where the employee worked is in breach of contract . The employee is in cahoots in with the client organization. We are helpless unless the breach of contract is remedied .

      Pros

      Had a good experience overall. The interview process was quick and well managed, and the HR team was helpful throughout. There are good opportunities to work on large-scale projects and gain exposure across teams. Leadership is supportive, and the CEO stays involved and approachable whenever required.

      Haven't faced any such issues as of now.
