Pros
- Coworkers are wonderful and the office has a laid back feel. - Small company, so you can make an impact. - Beautiful office in a great location. - Catered lunch on Friday's. - Depending on your role, you can make big changes at the company.
Cons
- Politics with the partners, so if you're not great at playing the game then it will effect you later. - Design and strategy direction isn't always dictated by strategy. A lot of the time projects went in a certain direction because one partner likes the idea of "being the boss." - Incredibly high employee turnover rate. - Sub-par pay and no real growth opportunity unless you play the favorite game. - Long hours, especially if you are a project manager. - Tend to keep clients around who dictate the personal health of employees just to keep the lights on.
