Pros
THINX gives it's employees an all hands on deck environment than promotes rapid growth and constant learning. If you want to start a new project or have a great idea, there's a good chance you'll be able to take the lead.
Cons
All that said, the CEO likes to take credit for company successes and push blame for the failures. She doesn't understand how to treat her employees in a respectful manner and says rude/hurtful things without thinking about people's feelings. Her inability to properly manager her employees could be the only thing holding back this company from reaching it's fullest potential. The company culture is an emotional roller coaster with her as the leader. I still love and care for this company more than anything. THINX launched my career and I still use the underwear month after month. The mission is inspiring, the employees are passionate, and the work is extremely meaningful... But you get emotionally destroyed working with the CEO. I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemies. If you aren't truly invested in breaking taboos and creating change in the world, you won't last at THINX.
