Entry level pay regardless of how long you stay. Bonus comp, in their minds, is the way of keeping people around. Unfortunately, this comp scheme seems to change every quarter, which forces employees to have a negative outlook on how much effort they are putting into their day to day.
Promotions don't happen often even if you're good at your job
No real mentors - head of groups don't really interact with you and you'll be lucky if you're manager sticks around for more than 2 quarters
People are thrown into leadership roles without any real experience and subordinates are actually the more valuable employees. You may find yourself reporting to someone who is 2-3 years younger with less experience.
Very laid back - too laid back at times and people find themselves complacent and strictly collecting a paycheck
