Thanks for giving us some feedback -- it's true, we make a lot of calls, but only because we're committed to our clients and specialists winning!
For most roles, your first ~2-3 months is spent getting to know our clients' work and finding them the perfect specialist or resource to help their research, which often involves speaking directly to the specialists to learn about their expertise (hence, the phone).
We've found that the most effective way to connect with experts and build relationships with our clients is voice-to-voice, so we much prefer the phone over email communication when it makes sense!
