DO NOT WORK FOR THIRD SPACE GLOBAL, that is located in Sri Lanka. Absolutely no pros of working for a toxic company like TSG. They will make you sign a contract and keep you unemployed indefinitely. Do not believe a word they say. They will take advantage of you later on and they also will refrain from paying you your dues. I was personally not paid for many hours of work testing their SCHOLA platforms.
Cons
TOXIC is an understatement for THIRD SPACE GLOBAL. They will employ you and tell you it's a PRIVILEGE to be working for them. They will pay you not more than 2.5 USD per hour and WILL SAY that if you don't like the pay you can LEAVE. PERIOD. Yes the CEO will say it directly to you, that you can leave
