      Pros

      The teams in both geos are amazing. Great working environment to create and implement stuff to enhance everything. Very experienced leaders and a great industry to dive in.

      Cons

      There is little work location flexibility, but it's a work in progress. There are several offices at the headquarters in Colombia, but they are scattered throughout the building.

      Pros

      When you work at Third Way Health, you own the outcome. Starting in this job in late 2023, I didn’t know what to expect coming from a traditional consulting role. I have found the team to be amazing, leadership to be supportive of my decision-making, and culture to be incredibly welcoming in both the United States and Colombia.

      Cons

      I now travel a lot for work visiting our team in Medellin, but frankly I’ve grown to love the town
