While I appreciate the opportunities for professional development and the supportive work environment, it's frustrating to feel undervalued for my technical expertise. The focus of management is more on Marketing, HR or sales commissions as it benefits themselves, but when it comes to tech salaries the increments are negligible and unfair, as they don't align with goals and objectives fulfilled. No parental leaves No Bonus
