Very micromanaged and definitely not a wellness company for employees

The people were lovely, and the NPD was going in a great direction.

A very strange company culture considering it is a wellness brand, this definitely was not a focus of theirs. The mental health of employees is so important, but this was not something they took seriously. There was also a lot of redundancies.
