Pros

Trying to do something great in the industry and offer amazing travel perks Clients are all really lovely Good salary and benefits such as 4 day working week

Cons

If you don’t seem grateful to travel you won’t fit in. Clicky culture amongst all the female employees who hate eachother and talk about eachother behind their backs but then come together like a cult when someone new comes along. CEO tricks you into thinking you are perfect for the role but will drop you in a second. He does not care for his staff or listen to what they have to say or give them any chances of surviving in what seems like a cult company. If you don’t fit in they isolate you and bully you. My manager passed off all of my ideas as her own. Rude AND ABUSING CULTURE. They just don’t care. Cried in the bathrooms due to bullying. I was in therapy for a year after working for this company and was suicidal due to their treatment of me.

Pros

What makes This is Beyond stand out is the people. It’s rare to find a group that’s this supportive, creative and passionate. Everyone brings their whole self to the work (no half-measures) and that creates a culture that’s equal parts inspiring and energising. Collaboration isn’t forced here...it just happens. You always feel part of something bigger than your job title. The 4-day work week is a brilliant perk, sure, but the real hook is the trust and freedom. You’ve got room to own your work, take risks and try new ideas…and your team will always catch you if you stumble. This isn’t the kind of place where you just clock in and out. It’s a place that pushes you, lifts you up and makes you proud when you see the shows come alive around the world.

Cons

Like any fast-moving company, there are moments of chaos - priorities shift, deadlines sneak up - but that’s also the thrill. It keeps things interesting. If you thrive in a creative, ambitious environment and want to be part of a team that cares deeply about what they do (and about each other), this is a damn good place to be.

Pros

I’ve recently joined and can honestly say this is one of the most collaborative and fun environments I’ve worked in. The culture is genuinely supportive - people are approachable, open, and always willing to help each other. Also, this is the most diverse and inclusive company I have worked with - ever, that's one of the first great things I noticed! The four-day work week is a real game-changer for work/life balance, and the hybrid setup gives everyone flexibility without losing the sense of connection. You can tell the company truly cares about its people, they’re constantly reviewing and improving benefits to make things even better. It’s refreshing to be part of a workplace where you’re valued, trusted, and encouraged to do your best work while still having time for life outside of it.

Cons

Nothing springs to mind, so far so good!
