      Design Team are a fountain of creativity and wisdom. When TF is not in the studio and not SCREAMING on his cell over a flight.

      Cons

      An employer who can not communicate effectively and blames others. COO is incompetent. Needs to pull herself together. Literally

      -Great design team, you'll learn from so many talented designers. -Well published and recognized design company based in New York City.

      Cons

      -lack of leadership and mentorship -Office is too dark, not ideal for creativity -space is limited, some of the designers don't have a proper work station

      Working with an incredible design team. Most vendors were extremely supportive and helpful.

      Cons

      Getting screamed at over the phone. Watching coworkers become unhinged due to stress by managers and owners behaving badly.
