Office hours start at 7:30 a.m.

Lots of overtime & bonuses to push your pay into an area that’ll almost make it worth the fact that you’ll often work 36hrs with only 8 hrs off in just two days ( 4hrs in between a 16hr & 12 hr shift)!

Most of the men at this plant cry & gossip over trivial affairs in efforts to play “ office” politics & tip in their favor. More work could get done if it wasn’t for an ineffective union, inadequate leadership, & meager training time with new employees.
