50-60+ hours every week, no work/life balance, underpay then complain "no one wants to work anymore", only 5 holidays off a year, only gain more PTO at 7 years employed, executive MGMT clueless to daily operations, no remote work, extremely understaffed with heavy work load - makes employees do more work for same pay, technology 20+ years outdated, no diversity, extreme office politics, high turnover - there's a reason the same jobs are always listed, no moving up opportunities or career plans until someone retires or quits - then they throw you in the job with no training, a "family" motto
