I am working as project manager and there is good growth given to me including lot of learning the guidance and improvement have at forefront.
Cons
There is issue to people who are non performers and people who want an easy job. Thomson Digital is big place fpr them. I have seen many people including managers to say bad things about managements and culture and they all are either non performer or incompetent or have attitude issue. If you work with 100% and be discipline you will never have issue
