Amazing device that saves peoples lives

Rely too heavily on their device with no regard for how the workers are treated. Overall morale is terrible and not improving, mostly due to the way management treats hard workers. Mediocrity is rewarded, especially if one does only what they are told. Those trying to make the company a better place are labelled as problems and are mistreated. Very high turnover with no changes instituted as a results of high turnover. No interdepartmental communication, very silo-ed. Very tight timelines with no regard for number of people on a team, unrealistic to have a personal life and meet timelines. They do not reward hard workers with position upgrades.
