Pros
There is an abundance of great things at Thorne. There are a lot of outstanding employees, Leads, Supervisors, and Yes, even upper management that I had the privilege of working with. The company is growing, and that is always a good thing. Compared to many other manufacturers, they are competitive and show pretty good appreciation for the employees.
Cons
Duh, of course no job is perfect. "Manufacturing life" is not for everyone and it can put strains on a work/life balance if you're not used to it. A couple things to consider: → If you do not like a challenge, this job is not for you (I liked the challenges, it was good for personal growth). → If you are a slacker, this job is not for you (plus I wouldn't want you there anyway if you are). :)
