Pros

The company fosters a collaborative environment where innovation and technical excellence are highly valued. As a technical architect, I'm given the freedom to explore new technologies and design solutions that have a real impact on the business. There is strong support for professional development, with opportunities to attend conferences, take courses, and obtain certifications. The team culture is positive, and there’s a good balance between work and personal life. Leadership is approachable and open to new ideas, which makes the work environment dynamic and engaging.

Cons

The pace can be intense at times, especially when deadlines are tight. Cross-departmental communication could be improved to ensure everyone is aligned on project goals. The onboarding process for new technologies could be more streamlined.

Pros

None- the description of the company sounds great but it isn’t reality

Cons

1) Lacking integrity- discrimination, favoritism, nepotism, and sexism are all in play here 2) Poor Leadership- micromanagement, lack of direction/no strategy, lacking of experience, and no concern for others in company. It’s surprising to see such poor leadership in a company. Prior CEO, CBO, and CIO after acquisition, weren’t qualified. They are the primary reasons for the majority of the cons on this list. 3) Lack of communication 4) Lack of trust at all levels 5) No career growth 6) Poor sales 7) Poor operations 8) No energy 9) Lacking of consulting services intelligence 10) The culture is off the charts bad 11) There were some good leaders in the past but they were fired because they were a threat to new leaders 12) No future because all of the prior 11 listed cons
