Pros

I have been with ThoughtFocus for 3, and it has been an incredible experience. The company values its employees, providing a collaborative work environment and great opportunities for personal and professional growth. The leadership team is highly supportive, and the culture fosters innovation and teamwork. The work-life balance is excellent, and there is a strong focus on employee well-being. I feel valued as part of the team, and my contributions are recognized and appreciated. What I love most about ThoughtFocus is the emphasis on career development. They offer continuous learning opportunities, and the management encourages skill enhancement and growth within the organization. It's a place where hard work is rewarded, and there is always room for advancement. The team is highly talented, and there’s always a sense of camaraderie. If you're looking for a company that invests in its employees and offers a dynamic and supportive work environment, ThoughtFocus is the place to be!

Cons

Some processes can be rigid, This may slow down decision-making and adaptation to rapidly changing industry standards.

Pros

None- the description of the company sounds great but it isn’t reality

Cons

1) Lacking integrity- discrimination, favoritism, nepotism, and sexism are all in play here 2) Poor Leadership- micromanagement, lack of direction/no strategy, lacking of experience, and no concern for others in company. It’s surprising to see such poor leadership in a company. Prior CEO, CBO, and CIO after acquisition, weren’t qualified. They are the primary reasons for the majority of the cons on this list. 3) Lack of communication 4) Lack of trust at all levels 5) No career growth 6) Poor sales 7) Poor operations 8) No energy 9) Lacking of consulting services intelligence 10) The culture is off the charts bad 11) There were some good leaders in the past but they were fired because they were a threat to new leaders 12) No future because all of the prior 11 listed cons
