Pros

What sets this company apart is the caliber of the people. It is a high-performance environment, but it lacks the typical "burnout" culture. There is a genuine sense of psychological safety where you can speak up, share ideas, and be heard by leadership. The transparency from the top down is refreshing, and the work-life balance is respected more than at any other company I’ve worked for.

Cons

We are moving fast, which means processes are constantly being updated. You have to be comfortable with a bit of "building the plane while flying it," but the team is always there to support you.

Pros

The work culture is positive and collaborative. Senior team members provide strong support to help us achieve our goals. We have open access to higher management without unnecessary barriers, and everyone is encouraged to share ideas and suggestions freely without any hindrance. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of how a core banking system functions, including the end-to-end processes and how the bank carries out its daily operations.

Cons

At times, we may need to extend our work into the weekend to manage or balance the workload.
