The benefits, time off, dedication to employees from top management, and continued efforts to reach a new generation by improving technology and curriculum.
Cons
Mid level management leaves a lot to be desired, pay is lower than state averages, area is depressed, and current programs offered are somewhat limited (but they are working on improving it!)
