Pros

Projects and campaigns can be interesting. Great office space. Dog friendly. Free snacks and friday lunches. Some really smart and creative people.

Cons

At times it was really chaotic. Not enough time to get work done. I've kept in touch with a couple people there and heard that things are getting much better.

Pros

The best people in the biz! Not only were they the smartest in the industry but they were people that became family. They made working not feel like work, every project, every assignment was a passion project where we pushed ourselves to be better, smarter and create the best thing out there. All of this while encouraging one another to live our best life.

Cons

The only downside was when they were sold to Zealot Networks, they lost some of their independency.

Pros

There are great people at the company. The campaigns I've worked on have been really cutting edge and a lot of fun. It is very rewarding to work on such big impact campaigns that make a difference to our clients. Because it is a small company, there is a lot of opportunity to grow into new areas and be challenged with exciting work.

Cons

Tight deadlines can be tough, but a lot of that is just life in an agency.
