      Good people, good team, some friendly customers

      Low pay, training is poor, high turnover in staff, no structure for fleet, work under pressure only to be told we need to work harder

      Stressful, long hours, demanding. Customers can be really awful to you.

      The owner and genral manager are great people

      Cons

      The shop foreman believes he knows better than everyone else. The technicians form cliques like in high school. If you raise concerns about safety, they'll dismiss you without hesitation.
