Pros

offices within the cities were nice. Work life balance was good. Some friendly colleagues.

Cons

The firm has traditionally been an agricultural firm the south west... An experience of racism, discrimination, elitism and bullying. Toxic. Particularly within the department I worked in, there is a huge sense of hierarchy with those in more senior roles. Everyone competes with each other and always finds a way to bring someone else down so they can look 'better.' I have seen the staff treated poorly by office leaders who are subpar at best and have a sense of entitlement. constant staff turnover as they fire staff using PIP to fabricate the real reasons which imo is due to internal racism and disliking staff that don’t blend in with them even if they are doing their job properly. Toxic culture and lots of office drama. I would avoid this place especially if you are a person of colour. Oh, and the pay is below market rates for the hours worked.
