Great coworkers. Yearly pay raise. Chill atmosphere (If clients are in a good mood). Great pay differential at certain houses who have clients with higher behaviors. Get paid for the day on holidays even if you don't work. Get paid time and a half for working on a holiday. Get paid overtime (time and a half) after 8 hours in a day or anything over 80 hours per pay period.
Cons
Clients at specific houses can be aggressive towards housemates and staff members. Required to work longer shifts if there's a shortage of staff members.
