Pros
The people and culture here is unparalleled. Compensation is competitive for location and responsibilities. I feel that my professional development is invested in and that I (hopefully) have some kind of career trajectory/mobility here. Benefits, 401(k) match (6% dollar-for-dollar) and pension are all awesome.
Cons
Politics and lots of change management – typical to any mid- to large-sized, Fortune 500 company. Tension is unfortunately high right now with leadership/staffing changes and the trickle effect that comes with that. With that said, I still believe deep down that this is the best organization on Earth.
