Perfect job if you don’t actually need money and you like having your time wasted.
They’ll offer you a full time position then when you start you learn that it can take 90+ days to have a full time caseload, and they don’t offer compensation for your time other than sessions. I was scheduled 1 session a week so I had to resign immediately, something I’ve never done before. They make you sign a non compete agreement so you can’t work anywhere else in the field to make up for it. When you ask for advice on building your caseload quickly, they tell you to try working evenings and weekends.
Also if anyone tries to recruit you to work there they are lying about how great it is so they can get their $1500 bonus for referring clinicians, since they can’t actually make decent money by working there.
