easy job, out of touch leadership more concerned with optics and politics than output and quality.

benefits are not good, leadership is very out of touch but love to bark orders to the workers, this company is so dated in the way it operates the only reason its still around is because of legal advantages they have but beyond that its hands down really dumb. theres no diversity in leadership. diversity of thought is not valued. working here is great if youre looking for a place to retire but if youre looking for a place to learn and grow this is not it.
