Job security felt close to 0%. Too much office politics, micromanagement, and confusing management decisions. Sometimes content and optics seemed more important than actual technical work. Overall, not a very employee-friendly environment in my experience.

Today, I'm excited to share some personal reflections on my job journey, and I appreciate your patience as I reveal the company of which I am a part of — Tibicle As a Business Development Executive, I've completed a rewarding 1 year with Tibicle LLP, an esteemed IT service company based in Ahmedabad. I've gained extensive insights into working on various platforms and have honed my skills in lead conversion. These learnings have not only expanded my professional horizons but also provided me with the tools to excel in this role.

While offering various opportunities, also has its downsides. The company's fast-paced environment can lead to high levels of stress and burnout, especially during peak project periods. Employees may experience long working hours, which can disrupt work-life balance and personal time. Additionally, the competitive atmosphere might create pressure to consistently perform at a high level, which can be overwhelming. Navigating the complexities of office politics and aligning with constantly evolving company strategies can also pose challenges.
