Pros
Remote setup & work life balance.
Cons
1. The product management team has a free reign on everything! They're not questioned, or held accountable like other employees. and perhaps to be blamed for the un-collaborative culture they're promoting. Most PMs are unqualified and don't understand the basics of building digital products, this is evident in them trying to over-intellectualise everything which causes massive delays. Despite making many mistakes, they are not held to account. Great org to be a PM! 2. In-house talent isn't recognised. There's absolutely no way for anyone to grow inside the company. We're not incentivised or heard. People who don't know how to do anything but talk seem to be promoted over talented people. 3. Upper management has their own agenda and ignores feedback and suggestions from others. 4. Highly unsupportive environment. It feels like others are hoping for your failure. 5. Don't join this company if you're a designer or a product designer. There's no growth here for you. 6. The organisation lacks adequate HR support. Performance reviews are a mess and people are chasing after "karmas" which don't create any impact. Other processes set by them are needlessly complicated and they also don't listen to any feedback,
