Poorly managed. Management starts an initiative and then abandons it after a month or so. Management does not focus on employee development at all and has the view that all employees are interchangeable and replaceable with no loss in value. Management attempts to identify the company's values through an elaborate mission statement, yet rarely lives up to the values that are outlined.
