Upper leadership are unqualified, petty, and play favorites Preach family atmosphere, culture, ownership of your site while at the same time watching everything you do via cameras, changing requirements and expectations on a whim High performance to them is purely subjective. You can have an exceptional operation, clean, profitable but if you don’t play the game, you will be punished A couple people in upper leadership will retaliate and the CEO does nothing about it One of the senior leader’s motto is that he is a hammer trying to find a nail. Pretty much sums up the culture.
