Pros

Tidel is still a relatively small company (under 150 employees) so it has some of that family business feel and you have the ability to impact the business every day. Lots of really good people who care about the business and the people that work there. Really healthy work/personal life balance.

Cons

Tidel is healthy and growing which has resulted in changes to the financial structure and the involvement of several outside investor/ownership groups. This has increased the level of red tape and politics and made the workplace much less enjoyable than in years past...I guess that's the price you pay when you're successful and grow and have more "outsiders" who get involved and have a financial stake in company results.

Pros

There are no pros to working at Tidel

Cons

Rebranded as Sesami (Tidel) is not a good company to work for. Leadership is extremely poor and lacks direction, which creates a toxic and unstable work environment. Recently, they laid off more than half of the company, showing no regard for employees’ careers or well-being. The culture is disorganized, morale is low, and there is little to no transparency from management. Overall, it’s not a place where employees can grow or feel secure. I would not recommend working here.
