Pros

Every day at TieTalent brings new challenges and learning opportunities. The startup culture is very real here—you have the freedom to try new things, take ownership of projects, and truly make an impact. If you’re someone who enjoys problem-solving and thinking strategically, you’ll thrive in this environment.

Cons

The only thing to keep in mind is that you need to be self-driven. It’s not a place where you’ll be micromanaged, so if you prefer clear-cut processes and a predictable routine, it might not be the best fit. But for ambitious professionals, it’s an incredible place to grow.

Pros

The team is inclusive, engaging, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. There is a strong sense of camaraderie, making day-to-day work more pleasant.

Cons

Management is disconnected from the reality of the workplace and does not take feedback well. Employee departures are met with negativity rather than reflection. There is a culture of prescribing how employees should feel, despite leadership not being present in the office. Career development is virtually nonexistent, and employees are undervalued. Instead of addressing these issues meaningfully, the company relies on a “fun work culture,” which mostly revolves around excessive after-work drinking. Additionally, the so-called "hybrid" model actually means being in the office four days a week, schedules are not flexible, and overtime is not compensated. The one day of home office is presented as a major benefit, but in reality, it can and will be taken away at any moment if there is even the slightest suspicion—justified or not—that an employee was unavailable for a time.
