COVID has created many challenges and we understand the difficulties related to working remotely. With the COVID restrictions loosening up, Tier1 has developed a Return-to-Work Plan effective October 4, 2021, providing employees with the flexibility they may need personally and ensuring that we all return to work safely. The plan enables employees to work with their manager to choose from three options: return full time to the office, hybrid (work some days remotely and some days at the office) or work remotely. In addition, Tier1 has an Employee Assistance Program we encourage employees to take advantage of. We look forward to seeing you and the rest of the Tier1 Team in person soon!
