Pros

+ I work with an amazing group of people, who are helpful, knowledgeable, and hard-working. I know that I can count on each and every one of them to help me if I were to run into an issue. + Comfortable workspace. Our work area was redone a few years back, with larger cubicles, and carpeting. We have very nice computers, and the computers and monitors get swapped out every few years. + We have a nice break room with a large selection of beverages and snacks on sale.

Cons

- Low salaries - Low raises - Limited opportunities for advancement - Chronically understaffed. - Poor documentation.
