Dispatch is fair for all drivers. Dispatch loads local and home every day.
Tiger lines is family owned and has a great family vibe.
Dispatch works with driver time off and are very supportive and helpful.
Tiger lines has field reps that help out with driver needs out in the work place.
Tiger has mostly new trucks in the fleet and the shop spares no expense keeping them maintained.
Over all the pay is ok not great but to be home and Dispatch flexibly makes it worth it.
Cons
The HR department is not approachable.
The E-log lady is hard to get ahold of when there is a problem with driver logs. I end up having to run logs that are incorrect.
