      Pros

      Tigera's diverse culture and calibre of employee means that when you join this company you are bound to grow and learn - a lot! I have never experienced such a challenging, but worthwhile learning curve in any previous roles. The team of people you work with, the product you support & the customer you get exposure to combine to provide a rich environment that is equal parts challenging & rewarding.

      The learning curve is steep & the interview process can be lengthy & challenging.

      Pros

      Throughout the interview process, I learned a lot about the company's core values from everyone I met. These core values, including "respect, support and collaborate with each other", which really resonate with me and helped me make my decision to join the team. I've been at the company for about a month and everyone around me has welcomed me and helped me get up to speed. I look forward to learning and contributing to the success of the company along side my peers!
