We are disappointed to hear that you did not feel like you received appropriate support and training after joining the Tigers team. As we build out our internal training program via the Tigers Academy we encourage all employees to contact the HR team and provide suggestions on topics to cover to better support new and current employees in their development. We leverage the strengths and knowledge of all of our employees to positively impact the company.
