Loved working as an intern for Tignis! Members of my own team and across the company were always willing to help with any questions or issues I had. Even though Tignis is remote, there's great company culture, with fun lunch-time skills-learning series' and other activities such as Settler's of Catan tournaments! Would recommend.

Tignis is almost fully remote, so make sure that is the type of work environment that works for you. I loved this format, and found everyone very accommodating, especially with different timezones of team members.

100% remote, and good at it. Good leadership, fair treatment, surprisingly flexible, especially for a startup. I am pleasantly surprised at how well people are treated and how the team works together. Do your work, be transparent, and you'll thrive.

Usual startup risks like runway and direction. If you can't handle that don't join a startup.
