Pros
This employer has a lot of work in the Inland Empire right now
Cons
When I came to this company I was told that there core values were most important and that it was very family oriented company. For the first year I was here it was but I quickly saw that change as the company entered what they called their "Storm of Work". We were told to take our vacations now, schedule any Dr.'s appointments, spend a little time with family, etc. because we were going to be very busy for the next year or two and we wouldn't have time for these things. They called it "Clearing our decks." We were told the benefit to us as employees would be that they wouldn't have to hire additional staff and then when the work died down, be faced with the decision to keep them or us. Recently at a retreat they held, we were basically told that if we didn't drink the Koolaid, and if we didn't agree with there ways, we were encouraged to leave and to go be successful somewhere else. They are very arrogant and are of the opinion that there way is right, and it's the only way, and if you can't hang, you're the one who's the problem. They say that they realize this isn't a place for everyone, and that if you can't cut it, they understand. I've even been reminded that there are lots of people who'd love to have my job so I'd better align with them, and I'm lucky to be here.
