Pros
Company gets a lot of work. When I was there, very fiscally sound. Financially well run.
Cons
The October 2015 reviews have vindicated me. I am a former key person in the organization and was a member of the committee(s) that formulated the Company Service Model. At that time, I could already see that the Company was transitioning from an hard-working, ordinary general contractor to something bordering on a cult. New key words and buzz words were introduced into the Company vocabulary. They were fanatical about their Service Model. You could tell that back then the VP (CEO now) was a complete megalomaniac. The Service Model took, not weeks or months, but over a year to create. Do you have any idea how many meetings we had to endure to get this behemoth done? Today, it doesn't surprise me to read that employees must drink the Kool-aid on a daily basis, utilize accepted words and phrases, fill out countless self performance reports, answer regular inquiries from supervisors regarding their personal lives, and are arm-twisted into participating in Company functions, or else. I could see this cult evolving even way back then. Good luck current employees. Keep swigging the Kool-aid.
