- No job growth. There are no positions to move up from. - Need trade discounts. There are other vendors that supply trade discounts where we loss business. - Reorganization of showrooms. Need to update some displays.

Great management and coworkers. Relaxed, fun atmosphere. Paid 1/2 hour lunch. Sick leave and paid time off. Fun activities outside of work.
