Cons
owner overcharges on menu and underpays staff. Once heard him say that he just needed to fill shifts with bodies. Management felt entitled to control your schedule and change the days/time you worked with little to no notice. Seems annoyed that staff isn't more grateful for a job. Doesn't do any of the work, I don't think he knows how to work in a kitchen or has any restaurant experience. Probably taking a portion of the new 14% service fee. Honestly, he seems pretty classist, runs the restaurant like a fast food place, charges like fine dining, pays people nothing and treats them like nothing, while his family come in wearing expensive clothes and driving expensive cars that no one they employ could afford. Just saying, don't work here, don't even eat here.
