Management Lacks Experience - Office Personnel Time Staffing Employee Review

We appreciate your feedback, however our management team has more years of experience than any competitors - in all markets except one ? We do evaluations formally at 90 days and 6 months with all staff . this is done with peer evaluations ( those whom you work directly with ) as well as pulling reports daily and weekly on individual activities. Females dominate our staff and we have mostly female managers ??? So I am perplexed at this statement.
