Pros
I've had a really positive experience working here so far. The team is supportive, and the overall culture is very collaborative. There are plenty of opportunities to grow and develop new skills, and leadership is approachable and open to feedback. Work-life balance is generally good, and the compensation and benefits are competitive.
Cons
If I had to mention a downside, some processes could be more streamlined, and the workload can vary depending on the team. But overall, it’s been a great place to work.
