The company claims all are equal but account managers are like mythical creatures with ultimate powers. Others are not even treated as living things they are called resources and will be required to be productive all through the year regardless of their mental state Their HR system is by far the worst you will ever come across if you raise any issue they will be like " Okay this topic is getting lil senstive " and that you are not going to talk about this. Most of the time she will not reply even if she does it will be in such a way that it favors management in the best way possible. Can't blame her too for she is powerless and merely a spectator Agreement you signed while joining is a complete joke here, they will change it whenever required Recently an account manager said for applying sick leave we need to give proof - medical documents. So if you ever feel sick you should go to the hospital get examined get medical certificate and mail the same before 9 AM so that the leave gets approved. He even said the deserving ones will get leave and how can someone decide who deserves sick leave. And what if I prefer to take rest. Where will go for medical certificate? common man, even schools doesn't ask this these days. So unless you are immortal like THOR or you are Doctor Strange who can see future and know when you will be getting sick, Stay Awayyy There will be no backup and will never be backup at TING. Even if you take leave you know only your friends or colleagues will be the ones to suffer by taking care of your work along with theirs. If 5-6 people are on leave the office will literally look like wolf of wall street. Ting works LLP has normalised insane working hours to an extent unimaginable. Resources are like robots they should never feel tired and the company won't even ask if you are okay working late night. He/She who works 24*7 will be projected like role models for the rest. One heated conversation with account manager and you will be fired just like that. Not even kidding this is like a routine here, one day you will wake up and find your colleague removed from the whatsapp group. See, anger is a basic human emotion but at TING, only account managers are allowed to be angry. If you show your anger, you will be fired. The management doesn't give a damn about that employee and his situation Skillset should be the one to make or break your career. Here it is account managers with zero technical knowledge and the worst part is they will promise the deadline to client without consulting the team and they still call it a team. You will be asked to work on Diwali, christmas, New year and on weekends with no extra benefit. If you still want to join TING WORKS LLP after watching their hiring post and insta page which is an illusion by the way, call any of the current employees other than account managers, and get to know what TING is in real BOSS used to be a nice man but he is supporting all the decsions taken by account managers by remaing silent. On a scale of 1 - 10 I would rate TING a negative 10
