- Salary on time. - Good increment - Reliable colleagues (except AMs) to vent out all your frustrations. - That's about it.
Cons
- Favouritism (Account managers are given a free hand to cause trauma as your tenure progresses) - Nil work/life balance. Forget your weekends in about two months after joining this firm. - Always on the firing line, thanks to account managers' poor segregation of clients. There's no sentence such as 'Can you handle another client?'. Rather it is 'You have to handle this brand' despite being told to work on five different brands already. - No scope for creativity as they agree to whatever changes the client expect, even though those changes may not make any sense at all. You are not allowed to speak up with the clients regarding the same as well. - 'Love only' tag is deceptive.
