I adored the curriculum and the flexibility. Tinkergarten really set-up a wonderful program and gave you resources to bring your children with you and get going.

Working as an Independent contractor means paying taxes differently than working a usual W-2 position. The company no longer supports Leaders to the extent they did and is now a curriculum company. Having their support to "run my own business" was a much better fit for a busy Mom
